Dear Freddie,

Assuming the Dorchester charity thing goes well—and I have every confidence in you that it will—we need to plan our next move. I need a date for when you’re back in town for good. Laetitia has dashed off for more tennis with her gal pals in Morocco, so staying here at the London house for a while is a possibility, although Vincent would have you back with open arms.

I’m thinking perhaps a few visits to some LGBTQ disaffected youth drop-in centres? Low key, and not obviously affiliated to the party. We’ll make it look spontaneous. It’s easy to put a tame journalist in the right place at the right time. I have a couple in my pocket. My PA will look into it.

Probably time to wind down all that modelling stuff while I’m on the subject.
